2'-Deoxynucleoside-5'-triphosphate
is produced through the enzymatic catalytic reaction
from the deoxynucleotide as raw material. Then by the
chromatographic isolation, products with high purity
can be obtained. Using different kind of deoxynucleotides
corresponding deoxynucleoside triphosphate can be obtained.
For example, dATP is made from dAMP ,dGTP is made from
dGMP, dCTP is made from dCMP, dTTP is made from TMP.
The products are mainly applied as genetic engineering
reagents. The quantity of all products can achieve the standard
of USA SIGMA Reagent.
